More photos will be displayed in the upcoming weeks which will show off even more of the great work that is handled by Nicholas Powder Coating.

One of Mike's larger clients just happens to be Hershey Park.  When the season is over the park has Mike put fresh powder coating on many of it's new, and older rides, such as the lightning racer (rollercoaster).

When you are ready just click on the Contact Us link on the menu and give Mike a call, or simply click on the contact us link below to email Mike.

Besides telling everyone who Mike loves, which of course is his beautiful

wife Carla, this photo also shows the quality of another Nicholas Powder

Coating job, which has been applied in red to Mike's Chassis for 2008.

How many times have you painted your racing chassis, race parts, business machinery, business machinery parts, or indoor and outdoor parts and equipment with everyday spray paint that you purchase at the local hardware store?  How long does spray paint last on any of these surfaces, the answer should be on the tip of your tongue, not long at all, and what is the result when it peels off and moisture hits the surface, instant rust, or oxidation, which will shorten the life of any steel component by weakening the surface and working it's way straight through your hard earned investment.

Powder Coating a race chassis is over 800 times more effective, and longer lasting then using conventional spray paint from a can.  Yes, even Powder Coating can get nicks and chips taken out of it's finish by flying rocks, or by contact with other cars, etc., but overall your chassis, or machinery will look far better for many years to come, or you can continue to waste time and money by spray painting your machinery each season, or your chassis, and in the long run just how much are you saving?

We have a very large blasting containment room where we do all the prep work before it ever see's the powder coating room.  After the product has been sprayed in our powder coating room it goes into our powder bake oven where the powder is heated up to the correct temperature which turns the sprayed powder into a liquid which bakes itself onto the metal surface providing you with a painted surface that is more durable then any other conventional form of painting.

Click on the thumbnails below to see some of the chassis photographs, and chassis components, as well as various machinery parts that we do everyday in our facility, which is located in Lebanon PA.  We do not ship work out, all our work is done in house by workers who take pride in the work that they do for everyday for each customer.
